Automatically Ship Confirm when WO is completed

Hi

I have a ST/OT with line type 'W'. Work Order is created through ST. Work Order is completed, Ship Confirmed the ST order and received the OT order.

Is there a way to automatically ship confirm a sales order when a work order is completed? If yes, Could you please let us know the setups to do so?
