How to find account generator using custom workflow?

We have customized the Fa account generator workflow to pick the Asset key segment value for CIP Adjustments. It is working for some of the assets correctly and for some assets is failing. When I am trying to debug I could not find any running status monitor and also checked in wf_items as well. But I am unable to find any clue whether it is triggering or not.

Could anyone help on this regards.
