LDAPSEARCH dont work over ldap ssl

Hello team ,

We have a requirement to move from non ssl port to ssl port for LDAP authentication . As per the siebel instructions , we have to import certs provided by LDAP team to oracle wallet manager .After i create the wallet and give ldapsearch command i get ssl handshake failed error . I am attaching the step i followed with screenshots . Please help me to resolve the issue
