concurrent program parameter deleted using FND_PROGRAM.DELETE_PARAMETER still appears on the SRS scr

Hi,

I deleted a concurrent program parameter using FND_PROGRAM.DELETE_PARAMETER. now the parameter does not appear on the concurrent program definition > parameters screen. but when i submit the concurrent request the parameter is displayed.  i deleted the cache and statistics, but still the parameter appears on the SRS , any ideas what i may be missing ? Thanks
