Error loading data into HFM with ODI Error Code: 1813 (x715)"

hello, Hope you can help me with this one. My error is well known, and happens after an upgrade from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.3.500 has been made on the system. the database is MSSQL. We are trying to load data in an HFM application through odi and the error is the one documented in this Oracle DOC:

 

ODI / HFM Error "Error Loading Resource String for Code 'nnn'. Error Code: 1813 (x715)" (Doc ID 1433229.1)

 

Although in the document they say to analyze the logs without giving any solution. Anyone who had a similar error could solve it? how?
