Error ID 097O in the P4210

Hi,

I setup a discount with free good. Without free good, the discount applies to the order lines when entering (P4210). This is not the case with free good. The system will display an error message: "Echec processus DetermineSOMBFPricing".

Error ID 097O and Source File B4200311.C.

Can you help me to resolve this problem?
