Processing Sales Order through EDI P47010 with items in Dual UOM

Hello,

We are trying to migrate Sales orders into F4201/F4211 using the EDI tables F47011/F47012. Based on our business needs, and since we have some items with Dual Unit of Measure where the Primary UOM is KG and the secondary is EA, we are facing an issue with the secondary quantity since only the primary is migrated to F4211 and the secondary is calculated based on the UOM conversions.

Is there any solution or workaround to migrate the orders to F4211 with both quantities defined?
