EPMA Error

Hai Guys,

I am using EPM 11.1.2.3  and install HFM,FDMEE and Financial Reporting, i have issue with EPMA part like i can't open dimension library , Application library , etc

with error

; nested exception is:
HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 404 Not Found from url http://xxxxxxx:19000/hyperion-bpma-server/Sessions.asmx
Anyone can help me ?
