ARM Email Notification

We are testing the email notification on our development environment, version 11.1.2.4.  An email was generated but it did not have any content.

It had a subject - FYI:Activity Summary for Period Janaury 2015.  There is also no name on the sender (From).  Any suggestions on what we need to check why

it did not give the list of reconciliations?  Also, can you designate the sender and also change the subject based on the notification type?  Is this part of the installation instructions?
