Is there a way to check an EEO-1 Report for accuracy

Is there a way to check an EEO-1 Report for accuracy? Ran Build/Delete Point in Time Employee Master(R060116D) and received a number of 305 but when the EEO- 1 report was produced it only had 233 as a total.

Checked the HR History Data Integrity Check(R08042D) report and the only exception(26 Address Number, 53 Data Items) on report was from year 2011. The report perimeter are for 2014. Not sure how accurate this number is.
