Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to close bulk service request

We had very old servic request approx 1000.

Business wants to close all pending service request with specific date.

1. Is there any solution /work around to close open service request in one go ? How to close bulk number of service request.

2. When we close service reqeust, is it automatically close repar order of that service request ?
