EPMA HFM metadata (shared metadata) not visible at application level

Hi All,

I am in 11.1.2.4 environment and created an HFM EPMA app. Metadata is loaded from shared library and the HFM app is deployed successfully. The interesting part is, application got deployed successfully without any error and I am noticing metadata in the shared library at application level (App library > HFMApp> Edit)  but when I open the application and try to browse the metadata in webform or webgrid I am not seeing any hierarchies.

Have verified all possible logs but can't make out the bug.

Any leads to this will be of great help.
