Does anybody configured or implemented Oracle Tele-service Case management?

Hi,

I am looking for help in solution design for court case management.

The Legal process starts with creating a petition, and then the petition is reviewed to make decision if it is required an external advocate, if yes it has to approved by ‘MD’ and then the advocate create a draft and submit it for approval, once the draft is approved and then it is created as a Case.

Once the case is created, system should allow capturing different dates for legal processing. And a notification has to be sent to all the associated parties. . It also needs to support the following type of documents.
