Unable to find tech note Technical_Note_18451015.doc for SISOMResumeWebService-Order

Hi,

We are facing problem when Resume order is created through SISOMResumeWebService-Order in 8.1.1.14.

As per following doc id: Suspend/Resume Process Does Not Support To Create Multiple Line Items (Doc ID 2011224.1), we should apply Technical_Note_18451015.doc along with the Workflow "SISOMResumeWebService-Order".

However, I am unable to find the technical note.

Can someone help me to find out the technical note 18451015?
