AR Transaction form error on opening

In the custom AR Inquiry responsibility we have created we use standard AR Transaction form with custom read only data group. This was working fine . But after oracle recommended patch set was applied when we open Transaction workbench we get error 'FRM-40735 : PRE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04067'.  When change the data group to standard and open the same form again it works fine . But with custom data group this error occurs. I dont have problem with any other forms with same custom data group . Only AR transaction form has this error with custom data group
