Essbase Server didn't start after upgrade 11.1.2.4

Hello.

In last week we upgrade our environment for 11.1.2.4 version and after that Essbase didn't start. We use the maintenance type to do that. Our environment have 2 servers one with Essbase (AIX 7.1 - stand alone installations) and other with web applications. The opmn services start and only Essbase not.

user@server:[/produtos/sapandes/Oracle/Middleware]tail -100f ./user_projects/esbdev1/diagnostics/logs/starter/init-ias-component-Essbase1.log

When we try find Essbase logs to find a Essbase error message we only find those files bellow:
