SIT - Multiple Records Get approved in SSHR

Hi,

I have created an SIT through the Self-Service. while the employee entering his data on it and after he went to the review page, he decided to click the back button and entered new different information and click next again to the review page. he got the two requests together at the same page for submission.

Have anyone faced this issue before.
