In the Grants WorkCenter, we have a user that is able to edit the Links Groups that the administrator has set up when the user goes in to personalize their Links pagelet.  All other users I check are only able to add their own group and links within that group.  What security has allowed the user to edit groups and add links to groups that were created by the Administrator?
