Enterprise Manager Tablespace Usage Reports for Pluggable Databases

We are using Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.4.  When we try to run tablespace usage reports, it's only reporting on the CDB, not the PDBs.  The view, MGMT$DB_TABLESPACES, in Enterprise Manager that the report seems to go after only contains the CDBs, not the PDBs.  How can we make Enterprise Manager collect information on the PDBs so we can run reports?  Our pluggable databases are setup, configured, and show up fine as a target and we can connect to them fine.
