How to Enable ASR on ZS3-2

Hi, I'm trying to enable ASR on our ZS3 connected to our exadata and I receive the "Active - No Heartbeat" error.

I've tried by disabling ASR and re-enabling it but it didn't solved the error.

There's any workaround for this?
