Delivery stuck in Confirmed status and unable to perform ship confirm transactions

Hi Oracle Friends,

Delivery status is in Confirmed and Firm status is in 'Not Firm. While performing ship confirm transactions, we are getting following error message.

ERROR

-----------------------

Error: This action cannot be performed on all selected records.

Error: The action cannot be performed because the selected records are not eligible.

By following metalink note id steps


We have tried to update status but Stop was stuck arrived status and able to close it.

Could you please help on this issue?
