I have to apply DB PSU Patch 20834670 on oracle database / DB_HOME 11.2.0.3.0 in a GRID env ( 2 node

I have couple of questions:

The Patch contains the following list of patches:

  •   Patch 20299017 - Database Patch Set Update 11.2.0.3.14 (Apr2015) --> RAC-Rolling Installable
  •   Patch 20406220 - Oracle JavaVM Component 11.2.0.3.3 Database PSU (APR2015) -->  Non RAC-Rolling Installable 

1. Do I need to install both these patches or just Patch 20299017

2. Do I need to install any Grid patch for the above patch or I can directly apply Patch 20299017 without any GRID implications.

    Preinstallation instruction for DB patch 20299017 says :

3.1.2 Environments with Grid Infrastructure
If you are installing the PSU to an environment that has a Grid Infrastructure home, note the following:

•Grid Infrastructure PSU 11.2.0.3.14 Patch 20485830
