Sales Order Demand not showing on Workbench

ONHi,

Since we implemented Patch 6337852 (October 2007, Order Management (11.5.10) Cumulative Patch) we're having issue with some (not all) items where no demand is being create.

I've followed the "Troubleshooting Guide" as per 131051.1 and "Sales Orders to MRP Data Flow Diagram" as per Doc ID 414544.1, but I can't seems to find where it is failing as all the information is properly entered inside the recommended table.  There's no missing data in column for the planning manager to skip these items.  From the 2 Doc IDs mentioned earlier, the planning manager should picked up and process _ALL_ of the lines in "MRP_SO_LINES_TEMP" and create the proper demand for it.  I've been trying to find something in common between the items that is left behind, but nothing is standing out.
