Label Printer Issue with Attachment

Hello All,

I have printers setup up at the Responsibility level.  None are set up for Users.  For some reason once someone logs onto a printer they are added to the list of printers and the printer becomes their default printer and enabled.

SO when they go to another responsibility they start printing on the printer they were on previously.

I searched and cannot find anything on the boards about this.

For example Printer is setup for Mobile VA User responsibility.  A user logs onto this responsibility and uses the printer.  The printer then becomes there default printer.  Then when they go into another responsibility and perform the same business flow they start printing labels.
