Updating Affected Item revision and lifecycle when creating a new Change Order using Save As

We are currently running Agile 9.3.1.1 on OAS.

When a new Change Order is created from an existing Change Order using Save As, we want to populate the Revision and the Lifecycle of each Affected Item based on the current Revision and the Change Order category respectively. How can we access the Affected Items on the newly created Changed Order using a Groovy PX? The Event Subscriber trigger type is set to "Pre".
