Limit access to Suppliers maintain for one specific user.

Hi

I have one situation I'd would like to be helped with, I hope at least someone share their experience and knowledge,

I need to setup the EBS instance so only one especific user could modify the supplier data in the room and no other user could access to this feature.

Any help=??
