Adding 27th pay cycle mid year

Hi there,

*CANADIAN PAYROLL*

Our company uses a biweekly pay cycle and it was discovered that the first pay date of 2016 falls on January 1st, a stat holiday with banks closed.  The pay date will be changed to Dec.31st causing our pay schedule to change from 26 to 27 pay periods. Our CPP is set Not to self-adjust.

1) What are  the possible issues with adding a 27th pay cycle in JDE mid year?

2) Would I only need to add the 27th pay in the Master Pay Cycle or is there something else I need to do (ie does 06/PF or 07/PF UDC's need to be modified?)
