PO pdf documents open after a long delay post upgrade to IE11

Hello ,

We are on 12.2.3 and since we upgraded to IE11 , whenever we try to open a PO document(view document under inquire in PO screen ) , nothing happens for about 5 minutes and then a message opens up asking if we want to open or save the document.prior to the upgrade to IE11 this  message would come up immediately.Do you know of any setup that can fix this problem.
