As of Regeneration - Restore data

Hi Everyone,

I have stuck with a situation, where to correct some item record i have ran the As of complete regeneration report(R41542), which purged all existing data since 2010. Now we have many records with IPCD = "blank". Also, we want to restore full data from 2010. What would be your recommendationt to regenerate whole As of table ?
