Batch Loader issue with Primary File path

Hi,

We are trying to migrate some data using batch loader into UCM. But the primary file path value in the batch file has '!' in it. Although Linux recognizes the path, BatchLoader is unable to locate the file & is throwing an error as follows: csUnableToCheckIn,iwcchp0116200000921!csCheckinPrimaryFileRequired exception.

How do we overcome this?
