how to fix OGG-01154 golden gate issue?

Hello,

I have a repeating issue constraints violation while replicating.

Is it a valid solution to skip the insert command using lodump please?

Could you please advice the best solution to this issue?.

The target in no more in synch.

In ggsci. error log:

2015-07-13 13:39:42  WARNING OGG-00869  Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, rp1srt1d.prm:  OCI Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (BPM04.RQPACKAGES_PROJPARENTNAME_U) violated (status = 1). INSERT INTO "BPM04"."RQPACKAGES" ("ID","PROJECTID","PARENTID","NAME","DESCRIPTION","RQGUID") VALUES (:a0,:a1,:a2,:a3,:a4,:a5).
