Row Level Security

I have applied row level security on F0101.AN8 to block (Add/View/Change/Delete - 'N') a range of address book numbers Ex. 40200300. However when I view the sales order created for the customer number in P4210, I am unable to see the Name of the customer.

I do not wish the user to create a new order in P4210 for address book number 40200300, but while trying to view the orders (created by user who is allowed) for this customer it must display the customer name. I also do not wish this user to search for this customer number (40200300) in the customer search.
