Is the install of Oracle10.2.0.2 on Open VMS on INTEGRITY know to be slower than the same install on

We have just installed Oracle10g  on our first  new Integrity servers (Open VMS 8.4). The based install of Oracle10.2.0.2 took 4.5 hours once we clicked “install”  and waited for the “installed was successful” message. But my notes from installing this same base version of Oracle on the Alpha machines back in 2011 said this step took only 73 minutes.

Is this expected on the integrity install or is this more likely a configuration issue with our new  integrity enviroment?
