IE9 navigation buttons missing in 8.1.1.14

After upgrading to 8.1.1.14 from 8.1.1.11, we didn't see record/page navigation buttons on MVG/pick applets. This works fine in chrome/firefox/IE10/IE11. When i did inspect elements, i couldn't see those classes at all. Interestingly, those buttons visible in IE9 in 8.1.1.11. We knew IE9 is not fully HTML5 compatible. But, why it works in 8.1.1.11, but, not in 8.1.1.14? Any one has this issue?
