Price event is failing conflict Checking with ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the s

User is trying to approve a price change and is failing in the Conflict Checking with below error (Version 13.2.8). There are no duplicates in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL, but we have redundant data at different hierarchy levels. mean records at different hierarchies (PZ/DZ/DL/PL/IL) has same action date and same price (retail). Does anybody has come across this? ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables@2RPM_ROLL_FORWARD_SQL.EXECUTE
