Why ? and When ? Logical Domain Channels ( LDC ) reset happen between vsw and vnet ?

Issue : on LDOM Guest , one of the VNET device keep on fluctuating ( up and down ) , upon advise by Oracle Support , suggested to add linkprop=phys-state on Control domain ,but even we are getting same issue.

Again they said it could be due to LDC reset , despite this can anyone experienced the same issue , if not then can anyone tell me Why ? and When ? Logical Domain Channels ( LDC ) reset happen between vsw and vnet ?
