Is there anyone who have used the China Localization Cash Flow?

I intend to use the China Cash Flow Statement Output – CNAO program (R75C0910) , But I just don't know what the relations between Statement of Cash Flow report (R10521) and the China localization function.

when I run R75C0910 , will the setup of activity codes 20 through 70(by program P10520) be used ?

when I read the documents , it said that the information of Localization table Chart of Accounts (F75C007),Dynamic XML Output Generator (F75CDXM), Report Items (F75C003), Item – Natural Account Mapping (F75C004), Item – Formula (F75C005) will be used , but how can I generate these information ?
