How can i setup a custom responsibility to see the Purchasing, Payment under the address purpose. Fo

I'm going through custom Purchasing responsibility -> Supply Base -> Suppliers -> enter the supplier number -> Address Book -> select the site -> update and  i can only see the purchasing site. How can i see all the payment option as well.
