Cloning R12.2.3 Apps APPSORA.env not set

All,

After the clone of the run file system, perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier completed with no issues.

I did not start any services. I had to edit a file to remove a source reference for a known issue in our report.sh script.

I executed the FND_CONC_CLONE_SETUP_CLEAN, committed, stopped all pending jobs.

My next step is to execute autoconfig on the apps tier to capture the change to the reports.sh.

I open a new session and I receive an "APPSORA.env not set"

I need to execute  autoconfig but I can't seem to set my environment.
