How to rollback version of Oracle Forms&Reports 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.1?

&I have patched Oracle Forms&Reports 11.1.2.1.0 to 11.1.2.2.0 (Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6.0.11, JDK 1.6.0_45 and applied Patch 18277370) on MS Windows server 2008 R2 64 bit (IE11 JRE 1.7.0_69).

I faced the problem about Forms app display is unusual, How to rollback to 11.1.2.1.0.
