Tasks assigning to Users for Inbound Put Away

I am doing a Inbound Transaction using WMS.

After PO Approval, I used Mobile Application to receive the PO.

When I receive the Goods,

1. Suggested Subinventory and Locator are not defaulting

2. Can we restrict a particular user to do PO Receipt in mobile Application.

3. After Receive, unable to see the Transaction in 'Warehouse Control Board'. Any setup missing

4. Any body can do the 'Move any LPN' functionality. How to restrict to specific user

5. How can I see whether a particular task assigned to User in mobile Application

Please suggest necessary corrections in setup
