Applet does not show all contacts for accounts when logging with different users

Hi Oracle Siebel CRM Community,

I will just describe what is happening here:

- when logged with the Siebel Administrator user, I can see all contacts for a specific account regardless of who created the contact record in that account.

- when logged with a sales executive login name, whose account (he created the account) is the same account mentioned above and he drills down on the account, it leads him to the Contacts tab for that account but not showing all the contacts which belong to that account.

The requirement of our client is that every user who has created an account (under My Accounts) is able to see all contacts in that created account regardless of who created every contact for that account.
