Making the FA Book Inactive in R12.0.6

HI,

I need to make Inactive my FA Book in R12.0.6

What precautions should be taken before making the FA Book inactive?

Will I be able to make this active again in the future?

Can I still see the assets workbench and details of assets for the Inactive book?

Is it necessary to run Depreciation and do Create Accounting before making the book Inactive?
