Unable to add balancing segment value

Dear Support Team,

I am having problem to add balancing segment value. LOV is not showing the value which i want to add/attach to ledger.

Navigation :

General Ledger > Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups

Query the ledger which is using

Update Accounting Options

Update Balancing Segment Values > Add balancing Segment Value

Value is not showing in LOV

How to solve this problem ? need you suggestions
