Calculation Scripts (Script Name) is not reflecting in "Oracle Essbase Administration Services" at C

I'm new to the administration of Hyperion Planning and Oracle Essbase Administration Services.

My (selected) client made complain on the "Oracle Essbase Administration Services" that client is accessing has no visibility of the "Calculation Scripts" names.

Further on my investigation I found that this issue only exists for this selected client and I review my client group who daily access "Oracle Essbase Administration Services" and for them "Calculation Scripts" names reflect correctly.

Please advice what could be the root cause to no visibility of the "Calculation Scripts" names at  "Oracle Essbase Administration Services" selected client ?
