Planning Message Upload Error

Hi all

I trust that you are well.

I have an issue with the R34A410/R34A490 planning message upload/processor UBE's which began randomly yesterday and I am struggling to find a cause.  The R34A410 appears to run as expected, it accesses the upload file as stipulated in the file definition processing option and picks up the correct number of records, as below:

You can see that it does make note of errors during processing and looking at the report for R34A490, it is giving a file access error with Error Msg ID, 3143, as below:

I have tried repeatedly to get R34A490 to work by using different file definitions, different servers, rebooting the server where the file is stored, etc. but cannot get it to run.  What else can I look at as a cause?
