Attachments not visible in AP inquiry responsibility but are visible in Invoice workbench

FRM- 40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved

Referred setup as mentioned in the doc(APXINWKB Cannot View Attachments On Invoice Through Invoice Inquiry Form ( Doc ID 238172.1 )), still not resolved


The attachment is visible in payables invoice workbench. Issue is when we use the invoice inquiry form, we cant see the attachment .


Please suggest. Setup screenshots attached herein
