Item Instance Error while using in Service

Hi,

We have a situation where INSTANCE_STATUS_ID is reflecting as 'CREATED' status in the system. Is this a valid status code for the material to be used for Debriefing/charges line. While using an item in the service, we are getting an error 'An instance could not be found for the item and location information provided. Item ID: #. Organization ID: ####. (SUBINV=XXX) (LOCATOR=)"

As a workaround datafix, I have corrected the sub-inventory field in the csi_item_instance table as per the inventory definition and attempted to use the item again. (please note the initial IB transaction is a conversion so might be some issue with incorrect sub-inventory name). Also no error recorded in txn_errors.
