How HCM is compliant with France contingent worker tracking

France seems to be strict on ensuring contingent workers in no way look like employees in HR systems, or you can invite potential legal troubles.   Does Oracle have any documentation on how R12 meets these requirements?  I know R12 has the contingent worker person type, does not allow salary to be entered, does not require home address etc., which makes it obvious that a person is not an employee.  But is there any white paper or equivalent that documents how R12 complies with French regulations regarding the collection of data about contingent workers while ensuring they do not look like
