California Sick Rate Pay for Piece Rate Employees
With the new California Sick Pay Legislation in effect, I need a way to pay Piece Rate Employees an average rate of pay based on Timecard History for the past 90 days.
From the State's FAQ's: You must be paid at your regular hourly rate. If your pay fluctuates - for example, if you get a commission or piece rate - your employer will divide your total compensation for the previous 90 days by the number of hours worked and pay you that rate.
How can I set this up in Timecard Automation in a manner that will be easy to use for the Payroll Administrator?
